我都係咁洗,不過唔好洗太長時間.

Yes, you can do it, if your washing maschine have the wool programme. Otherwise you need to wash by your hand. you can buy "Woolite" in the supermarket and then soak it in a warm water( temperture must under 40c). After one hour, then you can rise it out with water, then flat dry it.:-)
