1. Do you have contract.
2. How long period your compomised resign notice
3. Your company may be not agree you deduct annual leave.
If agree you can do as your timing send notify resign letter.
Because your Co. can paid money to compensate your annual leave
I think you better discuss with other colleagues then send the resign letter on time.

As xxx (reason for resign), I deicide terminate my present position as at March 22,08 and please check I still holding 14-days annual leave. I would like to deduct before I am
leaving, if you agreed my last attendance day will be as at March 8, 2008.
Please confirm.
Thank you for your kind co-operations.

bikyeel, your grammar and spelling are just terrible, please refrain from helping people.

Here, first of all, it should be a resignation letter, not a resign letter. Resign is a verb. Resignation is a noun.

Here is your request:
Dear Mr./Miss (insert your manager or supervisor's name here),

My last day at this current position will be on the 22nd of March. However, I still have 2 weeks of annual leave that I have not taken yet, so I would like to take the two weeks into consideration and leave on the 8th of March instead. Please consider my request.
