1)reducing sugar:By adding benedict's solution, colour will change blue to red.
2)glucose:By using clinistix paper,colour will change from pink to blue.
3)starch:add the iodine solutionin it, the colour will cjange brown to blue-black.
4)fats:add the solution on a filter paper, a transulcent spot will be appear.
5)protein:use albustix solution to test. the colour will change from yellow to greenish blue.
6)fopr vitaminC,you may use DCPIP solution to test.the colour will change from blue to colourless

glucose+acid:
I think you should tell me what acid is.
For glucose(C6H12O6)+concentrated sulphate acid(H2SO4)---->6C+6H2O
