欺凌者(bullies) 在欺凌的過程中，以欺凌別人獲取他人認同，會衍生錯誤的想法，並建立不良的價值觀，增加犯罪心，並缺乏正義感。

旁觀者(reinforcer?) 在觀看欺凌的過程中，一般抱看戲的心態，漸漸形成錯誤的價值觀，把欺凌看輕，認為只是開玩笑，可以會加入欺凌的行列。

During the process of bullying , bullies bully people in order to obtain the acceptance from others , then it will make a wrong thinking and establish the bad concept of value , enhance the attempt of commiting crimes and lack of sense of justice.
On the other hand , Watching the process of bullying ,most of the reinforcer has only treated this as a movie , and their concept of value are gradually being incorrect and they would even treat the bullying as kidding and can be added into the bullying.
