「 你 知 道 他 們 是 誰 嗎 ？ 」 英 文 是 Do you know who they are? 還 是 Do you know who are they ？

DO you know where is she?

你知道她在那裡嗎？

Do you know where she is?

你知道她在不在那裡嗎？

We would use "Do u know where she is".

Dunno how to explain but someone did and he is right.

the second one is the correct one.
When you ask a question, the subject has to be after the action verb.
Example: She is at the mall. Question form: Is she at the mall.
In the declarative sentence, the subject (she) is in front of the action verb (is).
But in the question form, the subject (she) is AFTER the action verb (is).

不過慣用都是第一句

你知道她在哪裏嗎？

兩句的意思都是一樣的！
