Among the 1/30 shipment which should contain 24000 pieces of Product A. One of the cartons were put in 5000 pieces of Products B by mistake. That caused a shipping shortage of 5000 pieces of product A. Plese check and advise if this is true, and let us know if you want to exchange the extra 5000 pieces of Product B whith Product A.

We would like your assistance to check on the goods which delivered on 1/30. We noticed that we have mix-up 5000 pcs of B product into the 24000 pcs of A product. Thus, there is shortage of 5000 pcs of A product in that delivery. Kindly let us know if to replace the 5000 pcs with A product or to return the 5000 pcs B product to us?

Please be informed that we might have sent you 5,000 pieces of B product, it leads to a shortage of A product for 5,000 pieces. Please kindly double check and confirm that if we need to send 5,000 pieces of A products to you and receive 5,000 pieces of B product from you.
