聯儲局減息??

由於市場己預期會減息最少0.25, 如真的只有0.25, 市場會有少許失望, 但同時亦反映美國經濟不是太太差, 故此即使消息負面, 亦有中和作用, 所以我認為市場不會有太大波動.
假如減息0.5, 已是市場預期, 但同時亦反映美國經濟的確衰退,而且更會令人憂慮到次按問題可能尚未見底, 或會令市場先升後跌.

香港今次未必會减
所以唔好有咁大期望
同埋都預左美國會減
唔會有好大刺激
除非減息愊度比預期大

If
1. cut 0.25, mkt tumble because mkt will be disappointed

2. cut 0.50, mkt will up , but not much, thats mkt expectation range

3. if cut 0.75, mkt will up a lot because mkt tends to believe that FED really intend to solve the liduidity problem amongst banks, and willing to act more if necessary
