Why do people need to learn English?

We need to learn english because:

1) English is an subject under our education curriculum. If we want to pass our exam n move on to our studies under the education system, we need to learn english ;p

2) We live in the world full of different languages, and English is known as an universal language. It helps us to communicate with people around the world

3) It enables us to commerce with people around the world.

1. English is an international language and most people can speak and understand it
2. It is very commonly used in official documents/ reports/ analysis
3. It's a gateway language (apart from Latin) to learn other languages like Spanish and French.
