CHECK某間公司發覺有些發票號碼跳左,
問個CLIENT佢好"求其"咁答妳話用左係大陸單度,
老細要我寫下跳左的號碼, 然後出個FAX比個CLIENT,
話我地明白以下發票號碼係用左係其他地方, 如有問題請回覆.
點樣寫做英文FAX呢?

During our audit, we noted that the following invoicing numbers are missing as stated in the enclosed list. We further understand that the numbers are used in the China factory. The sales made during the year is, however, complete and accurate. Please let us know if you have other observations. Thanks.

I suggest you to get a copy of the missing invoice number from your client. This arrangement is to protect you and also your client cannot told a liar to you.
