INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I, the Undersigned, in consideration of participating in the xxx sport, do hereby release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify XXX COMPANY, its directors, officers, volunteers, and servants of XXX COMPANY from any and all such claims, actions or damages without any limitation whatsoever, whether consisting of personal injury, property damage or death, that do or may result in any way from my participation in these events, whether such injuries of any kind or nature are caused by their negligence or not, assuming for myself any and all responsibility and liability for same and I will not sue.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of those above named from any damages, or costs, or expense whatsoever which they, of any of them may incur as a result of any claim brought by anyone against any of them as a result of my preparation for and/or my participation in these events. I specifically agree that before any given competition takes place I will, if I so desire, inspect all areas involved in the competition
fully realizing, accepting, and understanding that xxx sport in general, and this type in particular, is inherently risky and dangerous, as are preparation, practice or training for such events.

I know that xxx sport is an action sport carrying significant risk of personal injury. I know that there are natural and manmade obstacles or hazards, surface and environmental conditions, and risks which in combination with my actions can cause me
very severe, or potentially fatal injury. I agree that I, and not the XXX COMPANY, or any officers of XXX COMPANY, take responsibility for participating in the xxx sport and I am totally responsible for my safety while I participate in the XXX COMPANY PROGRAMME.

I, as a participant, completely understand that these paragraphs constitute a covenant and a promise on my part to fully discharge all of the abovenamed parties from any and all liability of any kind for any injuries, loss, damage, or death which my result from my participation in these events.

This release is binding, and I so understand, not only upon myself but upon my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, and I herewith again reaffirm my free and willing intent to execute it, acknowledging a complete understanding of its terms and conditions and the totality of its effect, and the totalness of the waiver of any rights that I would otherwise have had, had this agreement not been executed.

I hereby release and indemnify the XXX COMPANY and any of the officers of any liability in connection with my participation in the XXX COMPANY PROGRAMME.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE RELEASE AGREEMENT ABOVE.
