Hmm...I'm thinking you're from the south with that rice & gravy! LoL...sounds good to me! Except I'd have Dr. Pepper instead of tea.

Well I might have the cabbage-not very fond of corn beef. I bought Beef Ribs and boiled them. Striped off the meat for Bar B Que Ribs and have the bones cooking in a season packet for beef stew. I added 1/2 a head of cabbage and 1/4 of an onion and 1 & 1/2 pounds of frozen stewing vegtables. It should last for me and my roommate for a few days at least.

I think that is go out for a good dinner
