Edgar, who is used to abuse his authority, has been taking advantages in the company, such as, to get pay-leave with some excuses, to encourage his related people to take the un-necessary leave by means of building up strong relationship with them in the company, to leave his duty frequently only by giving a verbal message to me and without officially reporting to the company for the deduction of his holidays.
I have been suffering under his such a behavior for a long time. I was forced to get the un-necessary working burden from others who always abused the use of taking holidays, and taking the un-necessary breaks by going to restaurants, shopping, doing personal things, etc. They are not afraid of being complained as Edgar will protect them from the complaints.
I can not stand for the way Edgar manages his department. He is poor in management skills, lack of self-respect, and is a bad supervisor for the staff members. It is un-fair to the company as well as to the other staff members for his indulgence over a group of his people and his behavior.
I have complained to Edgar several times for such occurence, but he has never taken my advice and blamed on me. Eventually, I was dismissed by him. Actually, it was his planning by putting me into a trap of signing some resignation letter with false excuses. After my leaving the company, Edgar and his people are free to do as they want. I am very concerned and worried about the future benefit of the company and are greatly opposed to their behaviors.
I was told that it is an usual practice for the company to only pay attention to the feedback of the working projects and not concern the small things. That is why some of the staff members can easily cheat for the pay-leaves, even to cover up the behaviors of the related people.
