Nowaday,teenagers try to lose weight by going on diet, but do they really know that this may harm there health?
In my opinion, going on diet in order to lose weight is an unwise action because it is important for us to have a balances diet.Nutrition experts said that if you want to lose weight ,you should do exercise regularly to burn extra calories but not to eat less than you body need.
Exercising regularly helps us to strengthen our muscles,feel more relaxed and maintain a healthy weight.Most importantly, it reduces the risk of serious health problems.we should know that ',healthy is beauty'.
