Go over someone's head

1.攀越上司 (to deal with someone at a higher level)
Example: I would occasionally go over my manager's head to complain to the top financial officer.(我有時會不理上司,直接向高層投訴)

2. 令(某人)不明白 (to fail to understand something)
Example: She was being sarcastic, but he took her seriously — the joke totally went over his head.

English or continental?

Example: English breakfast or Continental breakfast?
