1. Sport game courts. Depending on the cultural characteristic of the neighborhood. Example : basketball, badminton, squash, swimming pool, skating ring, etc. This room(s) shall consist of 40-60% of floor area.
2. A big room, typically called "multi-purpose" room. Use for conference, exhibits, training, etc. Movable partitions may be employed to allow more flexible use of this room. 15-30% floor area.
3. Office space. Every center need administrative offce space. 10% floor area.
4. Sanitary facility. Restrooms, janitor's closet, changing rooms. 5% floor area.
5. Small accessory retail space, for rental / supplying relating sporting goods.
