買賣股票問題

其實股票是一張紙，有擁有者的名稱，持股量，股票名稱等資料。呢張紙，你可以KEEP 起屋企，保險箱，證券行或銀行的證券戶口。
但如果你想將呢張紙變回現金，即係賣左你手上的股票，就要經銀行或證券行賣，要先開戶口及存入實貨（即係個張紙），先可以賣。
至於買股票，同樣要經銀行或證券行做。唯抽新股可以白表抽，唔駛經銀行同證券行，抽中了，佢地會寄張股票比你（個張紙），呢張紙你KEEP 起邊都得。

買股票係一定要係銀行或證券行

After you bought, you can let the 銀行或證券行 hold it. The 銀行或證券行 will be the LEGAL OWNER of those shares, and you will be the BENEFICIAL OWNER of those shares. ie, the 銀行或證券行 is holding those shares on your behalf.

If you prefer to hold it in your own name, then ask 銀行或證券行 to transfer those shares in your own name, or send to your 中央結算 account.

持實貨 means you are holding the shares, and not warrants or options.
