firstly, one who corrects the grammar of another should first make sure their own is correct. For example, one should never use "nor" in a sentence with the word not rather than the word neither...

Now, on to the business of your learning. It is great that you are so enthusiastic and willing to learn. On this point, the last answerer is right, for the most part--pure listening and reciting is the very best way. However, you can look in English Dictionaries to find where the accents and stresses go on a particular word; although, if you have never heard the word spoken, it would still be pretty difficult. The main thing is to keep talking and listening---watch films or TV shows, and talk to anyone who will listen.

Good luck!

Well, if you're not an American nor British (don't use "and"), you cannot "look like" a native speaker. (No one looks like a native English speaker.) Perhaps you want to "sound like" a native speaker.

Accent and stress are important, but the best way to learn them is to IMITATE your teacher. If you are studying on your own, you need to imitate native speakers on TV or in the movies. There is no other way to learn accent and stress. English is not like Spanish, where the written accent marks tell you wear to add the stress.

If you want to "seem" more like a native English speaker, you can start with your grammar. Educated native speakers NEVER write "wanna" even though we may say it. It's way to informal to write like that. It's only OK for chatting and texting.
