your english is fantastic and you have no reason to be nervous! think of it this way, how many english speakers do you know that speak chinese???
English is a very difficult language to learn, its my first language and even i know its really difficult!

Good luck!

by the way you can also grill mushrooms and roast them. but other methods of cooking are boiling, ie put in hot water. grilling is when you apply heat from one side. roasting is cooking in a warm oven and baking is putting in a hot oven!

Your written English is pretty good... You should have said pan fry in olive oil or bake in the oven in butter... Mushrooms are like sponges for flavor to absorb. Read a lot of English authors... May I suggest George R.R. Martins- A Song of Ice and Fire? Pay attention to the grammar and don't be afraid to ask for help. English can be really redundant and confusing.

Your English is very good! English is a very hard language to learn. I think that you should read English books so that you can learn more words. You should read a cookbook! :D
