There's is something wrong with your question grammatically.
You are not very good at maths, aren't you?
If you have 'you are not very good at math,' you don't need, 'aren't you.'
And why would you make math plural? It's a subject, and it shouldn't be capitalized, it's not even a proper noun.
You can say:
You aren't very good at math?
When you're asked this question, you would say, 'no, I am good at math,' by saying yes, you are agreeing with the statement that you aren't good at math
