我想知道我得IGCSE, 加外國u, grad, 合唔合資格申請做公務員?

Sorry, you can't apply for civil servant in Hong Kong. Because IGCSE is not recongized in the so call "HK Government". Is been handed over back to China. If you apply before the handover, you can still get one. So, I guess you can't.

Another way is to apply non civil servant jobs.

Or take A-level.
