The word "chocolate '' which is a combinaition of words, xocolli, means "bitter '', and alt, which it means "water ''. Chocolate has been used as a drink for nearly all of its history. The earliest record of using chocolate pre-dates the Maya. Roughly two-thirds of the entire world's cocoa is produced in Western Africa. Except for the liquid state of chocolate, it also has a solid state. As for the classification of chocolate, there are unsweetened chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, white chocolate and cocoa powder. Unsweetened chocolate is pure chocolate liquor, also known as bitter or baking chocolate. Dark chocolate and milk chocolate are chocolate without milk in addition and with milk powder or condensed milk added into it respectively. Chocolate is quite popular throughout the entire world, we even use it during some special dates or festivals. For example, at Easter, we have got chocolate eggs; on the Valentine's Day, girls will present their chocolate to the boy they liked or in love with to show their love to them. In my opinion, I think chocolate could let people be happier because there's a kind of chemical inside it may let us be more excited. As for myself, I am quite addicted to chocolate, especially when I was upset. Chocolate is really the best thing in the world.
