試用期過了~

我已經過佐試用期幾日啦~
我想問下你地,過佐後會同原來有咩唔同?
我唔見我果個負責人同我講我已過佐試用期啦,距無同我講工資有咩變化,同埋距又無同我提過強積金果d野甘個~
我想知過了試用期後,而距又無咩表示,甘我應該要講d咩啊>?
我唔識勞工法,怕比人呃,希望你地有d tips可以提下我~
同埋我試用期內,距出糧比我是出現金的,基本上係我提距距至比我架咋,唔提的話又過佐4,5日至出架,但依家距又唔問我拿銀行戶口~~
我應該點做啊?

我建議你同請你做野的部門主管或人事部經理討論一下,
可能他們太忙忘記你過了試用期,
你要主動提示他,問他是否有工資的調整,
如果他明確表示了沒有工資調整,他亦有責任向你交待清楚,
這是你個人的權益問題,不必怕唔好意思開口問,
強積金問題亦要在60個工作天後要辦妥,
否則公司拖欠僱員強積金也是違法啊!
相信他們亦會立即處理,
所以你要問清楚,他們亦不會因此扣你印象分的。

your situation is very danger.
Did you have an employment letter? The letter stated that your job position, job duty, salary, working hour, etc. If not, I think that your boss treated you as a part-time or temporary staff, not permanent staff.
If you are working as a part-time staff, you are not entitled with any benefits from company, like annual leaves. But, as you have working at Company over 60 days, your boss should pay MPF contribution to MPFA. Also, your boss can terminate you at any time as he/she like without any compensation.
