depending on your orthodontist, he/she may give you a permanent retainer behind your teeth, so your teeth won't move at all!!! =D

i didn't wear my retainer after i ''cool完牙'' so my teeth moved, but it didn't move my that much.. so it's ok
my friends who ''cool牙'' also had the same problem with retainers,
if they wore their retainers, their teeth didn't move, and when they didn't wear the retainer like me... their teeth moved a little.
