Buy Honey, because it is sweet and healthy, moreover whole family member can used. Buy those make in New Zealand or Australia, though quite expensive compare with others brand, but it is really very good.

I suggested you buy those with Plastic bottle, because the bottle will not broken.

For your information, my health is being weak type and I have habbit to eat honey, sometime I will not used water, and just take some tablespoon in mouth and enjoy it slowly and swallon, I am eating those make in New Zealand, though very expensive buy in Hong Kong, it is better to eat chocolate.
