My cousin just passed away last week...he was 28 years old. Pretty young guy. Seems stupid to hold back your feelings when you could either:
A) move on after being rejected
B) Live a happier life with the one you love

Life's too short. Take the risk!

I've been repressing my feelings for so long, now I've missed my one and only chance of telling her how I've felt.
Ah, what the heck! there's a billion other girls out there :)

If I know that what I'm feeling really is love and not lust, then yes I tell them because it's better to let the ones you love know that you love them. Ever heard the Garth Brooks song, If Tomorrow Never Comes ? Look up the lyrics for it, it's so true.

I would tell them if I was 100% sure its 'love'

Hold back, try and find out their general feelings for me, then ask y/a singles & dating what to do, think about it, then ask them out.
