占·基利（Jim Carrey，1962年1月17日－），加拿大裔美籍喜劇演員。雖然占·基利一直活躍於影壇，但他從未獲奧斯卡金像獎提名。由於他的無俚頭風格跟周星馳類似，曾有中文媒體把他譽為「荷里活的周星馳」。

占·基利一生結過兩次婚。他的第一任太太為前演員Melissa Womer，兩人育有一個女兒。二人於1987年3月28日結婚，於1995年尾正式離婚。1994年當占·基利與前妻分開後，他開始約會與他一起合演《阿呆與阿瓜》（Dumb and Dumber）的演員Lauren Holly。二人於1996年9月23日結婚，但這段婚姻只維持了不足一年時間。其後占·基利於拍攝電影《一個頭兩個大》（Me, Myself & Irene）中認識了蕾妮·齊薇格，並開始拍拖，惟兩人關係於2000年12月結束。2004年間，占·基利開始與他的按摩治療師Tiffany O. Silver拍拖。
