As this email seems to be an business email.
(1) It is good to use full form instead of abbreviations. It is more formal that using please to repleace plz.

(2)For the place or country, please use the capital letter in the starting, that means Frankfurt , not frankfurt. Similarily, using Bone China to replace with Bone china.

(3) We mention a certain period (e.g. 7-12, Feb) , feb, we should use during not from 7-12, Feb.

(4) Best Regards would be better used.
