energy~~

Since there is always conservation of energy,

there is only
one energy increasing --- the potential energy
one energy decreasing --- the kinetic energy

In other term, there is only one force de-celerating the object, ie. gravity.
Thus, the gravity is "doing work" to decelerate the object to velocity =0.

Remember don't confuse when you see from different perspectives.
