不可以,因英語音標中沒有「d」音,而throu(gh)out中的「gh」也不發音,根本不可能有個「d」音.
請參考一些網上英文字典,有讀音功能,可利用喇叭細心聽清楚.

you can not read it thru-doubt. because there is no d in the word. if you talk to somebody and you say it so they can nit understand what you are talking about.
