You can go to Karamja (Take ship in Port Sarim)
When you arrive walk along path and go in place where many banana trees
walk north and you can find many people fishing, you can fish swordfish there
(You must have harpoon)
本人think fish lobsters better because harpoon can catch tunas and swordfish sometimes you catch many tuna but no sworfdish

Location: Harpoon fishing spots with level 50 fishing or higher.

Uses: This item can be cooked on a range or fire, then eaten to heal 14 hitpoints.

Notes: You no longer burn swordfish when cooking them at level 86 cooking. After completion of The Tower of Life quest a Raw Swordfish can be used with a Raw Chicken on the South West altar in the Tower of Life dungeon to create a level 46 Swordchick

Swordfish are considered the best free to play healing food, as they can heal 14 hitpoints per bite (other free to play foods heal more in total but less in one bite, plus it takes more time to eat twice than once).

To catch a swordfish, a player needs a fishing level of 50 and cooking it requires a cooking level of 45 (which carries almost 80 percent burn rate at this cooking level). Fishing for swordfish takes a longer amount of time than lobster because tuna is caught with it, which the players would discard. Players can continue to burn swordfish until they reach level 86 in cooking.

Raw swordfish can be fished from the sea with a harpoon. When harpoon fishing, it is possible to catch tuna rather than swordfish; some members find this to be useful, since the tuna can be used to make tuna & sweetcorn potatoes (which heal 22 health).

Lucky members may also receive a big swordfish while fishing. These are hung up in a Skill Hall in player-owned houses.
