1) it is sort of over marinated food, i.e. the salt portion is severly over normal with the portion we need per day accordingly the daily allowance.
2) Moreover we cannot guarantee those maker (i.e. those making salted fish) what kind of substance they used to marinate the fish, simply saying:
- they may not used the natural salt and put under sunshine
- we don't know what is the hygiene process they will take
- what kind of fish they are used for salted fish??
3) if you are really enjoy this fish, like salted fish fried rice and minced chicken ( I like this also ), but not take frequently and with big portion, I suppose it is acceptable.
Because it seemed not many food we can eat now...., My God.
