Hi!

U should definately avoid starving yourself. People think that not eating help them to lose weight. COMPLETELY FALSE ..... eat a little often (of the right foods) or 3 balanced meals a day (cut out unhealthy snacks). If you do get peckish throughout the day try snacking on dried fruit/fruit, nuts, seeds etc... and exercise, or if youre like me and hate going to the gym, keep active daily. Try walking when normally you would drive/get bus. Housework (as boring as it sounds) is good to keep you fit and burns off loads of calories.

Nothing. Avoiding your favorite foods will set you up for cravings and disaster. Eat what you like, in smaller portions.

eat more often, not less, but dont eat junk food or full meals every time u eat. rather than eating 3 normal meals a day, eat 5 small meals, if you stop eating, you'll slow your metabolism and when you do eat, your body will cling to anything and everything you eat, if you eat more often, your metabolism will speed up and things will go through your body faster and your body will hold on to less.

Baked goods!

Baked goods like muffins, rolls, pastries, scones, cupcakes, banana bread, carrot cake, etc. have so many hidden calories, you'd never believe it.

I looked at the calorie content of a small piece of carrot cake, and was shocked: 550 calories. You could gorge yourself at McDonalds for that! Baked goods are sneaky. They have way more calories than you would guess.

Besides baked goods, avoid all the "munchy, crunchy" things like potato chips, nacho chips, popcorn, and nuts. They're loaded with calories.

It's not helpful to eat at night, but the nutritionist I visited told me it's a fallacy that eating something (small) late at night will prevent you from losing weight. Her position is that our metabolism only slows down a bit during the night.

But avoid those baked goods, and if you're in a shopping mall and see the Cinnabon stand in the food court, run in the opposite direction!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!
