1]~using equation one {3x-1=4(y+1)
~chang it to y= which is y= (3x-1over4)1
~then plug y in the second equation 7(2x+3)=6[(3x-1over 4)-1]
~distribute the 7 into the left side of the equation, and the 6 into the right side of the euation to beccome 14x+21=(18x-6 over 24)-6
~subtract 21 on both sides 14x=(18x-6 over24)-27
~spilt all number into fractions 2352x/168=126x/168-(54/168)-27
~solve the last part of the whole equation then gets a decimal of- 26.7, the new equation will be 2352x/168=126x/168-26.7
~multiply 168/126x on both sides of equation it would be (168/126x)*(2352x/168)=.26.7
~solve the left part and it will come out as 296352xsquare=-26.7
~divide both side by 296352
~square root the number and "X" and you will find out what x is.
~plug x into the other formula and solve for y
~you will find what (x,y) is


2.i am sorry i don't understand number 2

3A. use elimination method
~times 3 for the second equation {2x+3y=13 & {9x-3y=9
~eliminate both +3 and -3
~you will get 11x=22
~solve x=2
~plug x into another equation and find out y=3

3B.(a+b)=x=2 and (a-b)=y=3
use substitution and find out a=2.5 b=-0.5
