In fact, we guest that the 4 basic forces are transmitted by particles.
The EM (electromagnetic) force is transmitted by photon (EM radiation, simply, light).
The gravitation force is suggested transmitted by griviton, by theory, it is very hard to find out griviton.
The strong and weak force are transmitted by photon type particles, but I forgot its name.

Since all forces are the result of the 4 basic forces, say if you pull a block by a rope.Macroscopically the force is transmiited by you through the rope to the block.
