the housing price will go higher this year all round, i think the upside maybe upto 20-25 pct
so if u hv a goodflat, take action n buy it now
after chineses new year, housing price may go higher for another 3-5 pct bacause everyone is looking for good flat. the negative int rate scenerio is getting worse, better kick off n hedge against it

and also rental rate is getting higher n higher, it's really diff to find a flat to rent at a reasonalbe price, really v v high rental rate

Aberdeen also will be a core district, price here not skyrocket high, may chase back in coming mths, better decide v soon to act
