From the staff performance, I knew that my weakness point is English.
I want to take some English courses to improve my weakness but I have a financial problem Anyway, I will try my effort to catch each opportunityto learn English from TV programme, or newspaper or other sources.
Sincerely, hope that I could get an improvement at the coming year and have a good performance.

I want to take some English courses, but I have finacial problem now.So, I can't have any English courses. However, I will pay more attention to the English programme of TV ,the vocabularies in streets and the English newspaper such as South China Moring Post. In a word, I hope I will be better in the next year／.....應該係咁！

I would love to go take an English course but currently I have faced some financal problems, so I am unable to aquire into an much more professional one. But nevertheless I would pay more attention to the english on the television, on the streets and in the newspapers. I would hope that with this effort that I be able better my english skills. I hope that I'll do better this year.
