關於辭職ge問題

公司份合約係咁寫:

During the period of probation, the employee's services may be terminated at any time by xxx company giving him or by he giving xxx company one (1) day's prior written notice or one (1) day's salary in-lieu-of notice without assigning any reason. After the employee is confirmed in his appointment, the period of notice or salary in-lieu-of notice thereof will be one (1) month.

請幫手解釋下
我做左一個月半,未過三個月試用期,係唔係如果今日中午遞辭職信,明天可以唔駛返呀

跟佢既合約就係, 不過跟labor law, 一個月之後, even 未過probation, 都要一個星期通知
