What does mean by "toothing problem"

其實toothing是一個新興的英文字，是指人用手提電話，掌上電腦，去附近的人發出一些問候的信息，來嘗試找一些有可能性的性伴侶。若對方有興趣並回應，大家會在通訊中，約好地方，如：公廁，一些棄置的交通上；最後在約好的地方進行性交。
這種toothing當然會引起很多社會、道德的問題，所以推算：toothing problem，就是指：這活動所引起的問題。
關於toothing這活動，有一篇英文資料如下：
'Toothing is a form of anonymous sex with strangers - usually on some form of transport or enclosed area such as a conference or training seminar.
