There are many types of festivals in the world, the one I like the most is Mid-Autumn Festival. This festival is on the fifteenth day of eighth month of the lunar calendar, and which is one of the important festivals in Chinese culture. Family members usually gather for the evening meal on that day, and go outside to enjoy the full moon view. Tasting the moon-cake and playing lantern are the events on Mid-Autumn Festival. This festival is definitely a warmth and playful day for every family.

Friends, School and family are the main elements which can assist us to grow healthier in both soul and knowledge. Building relationship between friends, teachers, classmates and parents, which lets us to understand the meaning of love and support. We can always learn and get comfort from those three elements. When the time we have difficulties, it can easily overcome by sharing with friends and family. I think everyone should cherish the relationship that has made in these three fields.

Nowadays, people are busy for earning money to have a better living, but one thing they may have missed in their lives is health. We will not have ability to handle difficulties if we don't have a good health. There are three ways to have healthy living style as below. Firstly, we must always keep ourselves in a happy mood, brave to face problems, solve it and get away from stress. Secondly, we should try our best to set our timetable to balance the time of work, excercise and rest. At last, a balanced dietary is important, eat more healthy food and drink more water everyday. Let's start to have a healthy living style from now on!
