ipod touch入歌問題~~麻煩幫幫手

This is such a rare case I have even seen...but hope I may help
There are something you can do first:
1.Format your iPod Touch(Hold the home and sleep button at the same time,wait for so seconds,when it ask you to use touch screen to shut down,don't need to care,still hold on until the apple logoappears and link your iPod Touch to the computer)

2.Update iTunes to lastest version

3.Update your iPod Touch to 1.1.3 version(To judge if yours is 1.1.3,see if your iPod Touch have a not fully transplant toolbar which make your iPod looks silly)

4.switch your iPod to manuel mod(click the third box in iTunes in the iPod Touch status page)
5.If the above do not help....then I give you a nonsence suggestion...take it to Apple store and fix the problem
