我又試過Double Click 我的電腦, 然後按工具 ,資料夾選項, 檢视, 剔左顯示所有檔案和資料夾, 最後按確定，但仍然不成功。

我的外置硬蝶出了問題，所有Files不見了。我用過「開始」搜尋來找我的檔案，但仍找不着，我又用過Word軟件，「開啟舊檔」也找不到，可是右 Click「內容」，它仍然顯示佔有硬蝶空間，請問我應該怎麼樣做才可以尋回我的文件？感謝諸位為我解決問題！

it may be the hardware problem of the external hard disk. but it may also be due to defective USB hard disk box.so, first of all, take the hard disk out to connect to the computer as an internal hard disk to see if it works again. or you may borrow or buy a new hard disk box for testing.
there're companies doing data recovery but it's very expensive, e.g. www.intellirecovery.com or some shops in New Golden Sham Shui Po.
