According to proper description of a professional title there must be a professional body to administrate the matter relating to engineers.
The Engineering Council of Hong Kong : they will assign a title CEng : Charted Engineer.
Civil Engineer,
Mechanical engineer
Structural engineer
Electronic engineer
Biochemical engineer
Production and Industrial engineer
Marine engineer
Nearly all must possess a BSc or above and fulfill the mini requirement of Engineering Council.
Actually, there are other specific fields : nuclear , petrol-chem, fire etc.
