Control Panel - System - Advanced - Startup & Recovery - Settings - System Fail

Turn off the check box "reboot computer".

there's one device driver causing blue screen of death. Windows default setting is to reboot and does not show the error message. turning off the above setting will give the error message when windows starts. please give the error message and description for further troubleshooting.
