Definitely! I really like the "rush" of the city. I also like the unique blend of Eastern and Western cultures in such a vibrant, cosmopolitan city. The airport is very nice (in fact, the best in the world), shopping is unbeatable (it can be cheap too, if you know where to buy what you need), the Victoria Peak view was absolutely jaw-dropping and breathtaking... well, you get the idea, I love Hong Kong!

However, I also like to point out that I am a little disappointed on the Hongkies... I mean, their English proficiency is dropping (which is ironic, since they were formerly colonized by the British), and there were some attitudinal problems... but I still like Hong Kong, and that's that! Nuff said.

I love it. I go every chance I get. One of the world's truly great cities, second to none for shopping, dining, fun and exotica. It's a great break from the sometimes stifling atmosphere of the mainland (and they have blueberry pancakes in HK).

Many folks in the mainland, especially the Shanghainese, like to compare Shanghai to Hong Kong. I nearly asphyxiate laughing whenever I hear this. ;-{)

I loved it. I was there for 2 days only, and would go back in a heartbeat. Dig on the giant Buddha at Po Lin Monastery, and the food is an event worth traveling to alone. I stayed on Kowloon and we went to HK at night. I loved the street markets.

I'm not from Hong Kong but I say, Yes. Hong Kong is a place that is very entertaining. For kids, they have Disneyland and Ocean Park. For Shopping, the choices are alot. There is Harbour City...etc. But I would have to admit that it is a dirty city. But overall, its is a nice place.
