對自己工作表現,我覺得自己很好,但仍有不足,也正在努力希望再好一些。

對未來職位的期望,自己不求有回報,但求盡力去做到最好,能夠進升當然開心,即使在什麼職位,也會盡力發揮自己的長處,為公司而貢獻.
The future goal of my position, is to do my best without desire of what's install as repayment. It's a great joy to receive a promotion, but no matter which position it is, I would give it all my best and offer the company with my best advantages.

對自我發展的計劃,希望公司能夠提供多一些在職培訓的課程。
About my development plans, it'd be great if the company can provide more on the job training courses.
