The iron in the mixture is attracted by magnet.
In a mixture, each component (now, iron or sulphur) retains its own physical properties and chemical properties. In other words, iron is still iron, and sulphur is still sulphur.
Since iron is attracted by magnet, the iron in the mixture will also be attracted bu magnet. Since sulphur is not attracted by magnet, the sulphur in the mixture will also not be attracted by magnet.
