內容:我以下會為大家介紹如何鍛鍊前臂的肌肉.而前臂有兩組肌肉.分別是xx肌和yy肌.前臂的xx肌鍛鍊,首先拎著啞鈴雖後向上拉起之後放回原位之後再向上拉放回原位,而拉起的時侯要呼氣而放回原位是吸氣,你想練肌肉力量的話做8~10個bvm想練肌肉耐力12個以上bvm,下一個前臂的yy肌鍛鍊,和xx肌一樣首先拎著啞鈴雖後向上拉起之後放回原位之後再向上拉放回原位,而拉起的時侯要呼氣而放回原位是吸氣,你想練肌肉力量的話做8~10個bvm而想練肌肉耐力做12個以上bvm以上.

xx肌和yy肌 可以不用理 照打xx肌和yy肌就可 而啞鈐,肌肉力量和肌肉耐力 如果不會也一樣照打點就可 唔該哂各位了.....

I would like to show you two exercises which you can train up your arm muscles. There are two groups of muscles, xx and yy.

To train up the xx, hold the dumbbell. First, bend your elbow. Then, extend your elbow to the starting position. When you bend your elbow, please breathe in. When you extend your elbow, please breathe out. If you want to train your the muscle power, perform a set of 8-10 repetitions . If you want to train your muscle endurance, perform a set of 12 or more repetitions.

The next exericse is to train up the yy. This exercise is similar to the first one. .....(same as above).

BTW, what is bvm?

For the first exercise, I think you want to say biceps. For the second exercise, I am not sure which muscle you are talking about. You may want to say how many sets you want people to perform.
