但repercussions也可以與on連用，如：Longman就有一例：

There were serious repercussions on his career.（在他事業上有嚴重負面的影響）

所以，用on或for也可以，只不過意思略有不同，用for是：對某事帶來負面影響；而on是：在某事上做成負面影響。

但因為你的示句意思是：對整個行業帶來負面影響，所以用for會比較好。



２）字典問題，其實牛津，Longman都各有好壞。按我個人的意見，若是經濟容許的話，就不要只有一本字典，因為不同的字典會有互相補足的情況。若你有錢的話，我建議你多買兩本，一本是Collins COBUILD Advanced Learner's English Dictionary，此字典勝在多用例子解釋生字的用法。而另一本是Cambridge，此字典在談及字的屬性，文法的用法也非常詳細。（注：其實許多讀英文的人，家裏都是有多本字典）

I would the second one seems more right, 'repercussion on' since repercussion means an indirect influence or effect, so using 'for' wouldn't be so appropriate.

Also, about the dictionaries, I personally prefer Oxford, since it's generally more concise. Maybe you would want to try the two dictionaries online. (not sure if it's available for free use online though)

I usually use www.dictionary.com, it has different entries from different types of dictionaries.
