You may consider H2 Visa. H1 visas are for "skilled labors". The position usually needs at least a bachelor's degree. H2 visas are for "seasonal and temporary labors". There is no need for a degree for H2 visas.
H2 visas, however , will let you stay for a maximum of one year.
No matter you're applying for H1 or H2, the petition process always starts with the employer. For H2, the employer needs to file a petition with the US Labor department. It can be a pretty complicated process. If your employer is willing to sponsor you with an "H" visa, they should start it quick. It takes months (sometimes more than a year) from the moment the process is started until you finally get a visa.
