轉賬錯誤應怎辦?

1.先去備案，要警察落簿拿着報案號碼，
2.找律師出信比銀行凍結你轉賬錯的金額，
3如金額少於HK$50000試入紙到少額裁判處，

1. This is a transfer. This transaction must be recorded and debited in your bank account. The audit trail could be traced. This is an evidence of such fact already.
2. You can call the branch account manager to expediate this matter or you can go straight to the head office's customer services manager for investigation preferably you put it in form of a letter, detailing the facts and time of how this transaction happened and what actions you had taken so far to ask for the investigation and the recovery of the said sun wrogly transferred.
3. You can talk to the manager to send a message to the account holder received the wrongful transfer. Any account holder without a knowledge of why a sum of money being transferred to his/her account has the obligation to report the same to the bank under the law for avoiding a wrongful allegation of a 'theft' in nature.
4. Go to seek for legal advice in government or in commerce. A legal letter, if think fit, will be sent out by the lawyer asking for explanation or for further action.

閣下係咩方法轉賬呢?若果櫃員機閣下會喺閣下戶口睇到轉賬號碼! 若果用入數機都會有收據! 若果去排隊佢地會有張form要塡! 所以真係轉錯咗無可能無証明o既! 除非入咗人地私人戶口人地唔認.....不過銀碼大約成皮,所以閣下可以再一次到嗰間銀行直接交涉! 首先要找出証明文件先~

你有無比轉錯入果個 a/c no. 佢, 佢要聯絡該 a/c 問他同不同意轉回該筆數.
因你是在正常情況下轉數. 銀行不能隨便隨意從某 a/c 抽回d錢.

我以前都有轉錯入某公司 a/c, 銀行都可同該公司聯絡轉回出來.
並告之好彩是有限公司　　a/c ．比較易辦，　私人戶口就麻煩ｄ．
